Any opinions or research showing Febuxostat as a better alternative to Allopurinol? I found that with AP not only did doses continue to increase to keep more below 8 but it made me very toured even at 400mg. 80mg of febu seems to keep me at 5 or below consistently without the fatigue
I appreciated your deep dive on oils! Since I reserve olive oil for low/no heat applications, I was bummed both avocado oil and cocoa butter were missing in the podcast. Avocado being a high heat monounsaturated oil is my go to cooking oil and cocoa butter is an regular indulgence in dark chocolate. Any chance you’d comment on these?
