Hi there - One more question. I cam across a series of blog articles written by an 'independent researcher'. In it he dissects the theory that LDL, Apo-B and Saturated fats are detrimental and cause ASCVD. He states "2004, O'Keefe and colleagues published a paper called "Optimal low-density lipoprotein is 50 to 70 mg/dl: lower is better and physiologically normal" (1). Despite its numerous flaws, this paper has been cited over 630 times in the literature." The author then proceeds to provide in depth statistics and analysis on why the literature is incorrect and deeply flawed. Wanted your opinion on this

What do you do when you have to choose between balanced blood sugar (low carb) and maintaining and growing muscle (a need for carbs)?
