CME

I think this was addressed in the past a long time ago but I was just wondering if there was any updates to whether there will be any continuing medical education credits for any of the episodes in the past or any episodes going forward in the future? I was also wondering if you guys ever opened up the page that has the physician network of doctors that also practice and like the topics that you talk about, both from a patient standpoint but also a physician standpoint?

Medicine stages origin

Didn't the Medicine/Health 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 come from ZDOGG? I feel like I hear him reference that all the time for awhile now

how to increase power without getting out of zone

hello. I am 55yr old 110 lbs, moderately active, working out about 5-7 hrs per week. I used to do a lot of HIIT but when i saw the podcast regarding longevity, i wanted to do that instead. I had fitness test on wahoo's half monty and my FTP is very low at 61:(. And when i am doing my endurance exercise on an indoor bike (trainer with wahoo system), my power is only 50 to keep my HR on zone 2. My question is, how do i increase that power? it feels like i am not doing anything at all. I am also doing the strength , mobility and stability exercises and rucking. i am also confused on the HR zones. do i follow the percentage of max heart rate recommended on most exercise app or do i adjust that according to fitness or do i based it on the perceived effort? thank you and i hope you can help my confusion. I am a rookie on this thing and just starting to learn.

Structuring and Prioritizing Your Day

I’d be interested to hear more about how you visualize, structure, and prioritize your days. 8hrs of sleep is key, 15 hours of workouts per week, meal prep, seeing patients, writing a book, prepping and recording podcasts, spending time with kids and spouse, etc. I struggle constantly to find that balance and structure working in so many of the key items to a long and healthy life in the context of all of life’s responsibilities. How do you approach that?

How accurate is LP-IR score for insulin resistance in the NMR report?

Peter, you mentioned you like to use oral glucose tolerance test for insulin sensitivity/resistance. My NMR report gives an LP-IR score to estimate insulin resistance derived from lipid numbers. In your opinion, how correlated is it with real insulin resistance level? Is it a reasonable substitute for oral glucose tolerance test?
