Would you cover a protocol for relieving and fixing lower back pain non-surgically from various causes and sources? I would be interested in learning more about this topic. Lower back pain is widespread, yet there is seldom a commonly used, agreed-upon approach to fixing it. I am currently exploring the Stu McGill method to improve and relieve my chronic lower back pain. I now have a left-side herniation and segmented piece of extruded disc material on L5 S1 and a right-side L4 L5 budge. Both herniations and bulges have contact with associated nerve roots at those levels. Positive short and/or long term outcomes from surgery for these types of injuries are very low and quite poor.
Hello! New member here.... but avid fan and listener. Super excited to finally be a member. I recently stumbled upon Bryan Johnson's project Blueprint: https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.co/ where he describes his entire routine. He talks about a number of bio-markers measuring age, and makes the claim that different organs and body parts are aging at different rates, etc. I was very curious what you thought of the viability of his entire routine, the evidence, the science, the supplements he takes, etc etc. Is this the smoking anti-aging gun everyone has been searching for?
