I notice that when I engage in Zone 2 sessions (on a trainer), my exercise induced asthma does not seem to act up despite not taking medication beforehand. Is there any plausible explanation for why this might be? Wondering if it would have anything to do with lactate levels or how the muscles are working compared to in Zone 3, 4, or 5.
i am a heart patient (cvd---failed triple bypass in 2017 -nstemi and then 3 stents in 2017/2018) i have 2 good cardiologists but they are not easily accessible. i am in outstanding condition and at the zenith of diet-- exercise--nutrition--cardio education and knowledge etc.... i walk 7 miles a day and i began real hiking not long ago. as i increase the elevation-- length --and pace of each hiking trail the demands on my heart will get greater so i would love to have a cardio coach trained and possessing expertise in all things heart as it relates to exercise. does such a person exist and what is he / she called? I would love to consult with them before / after each big hike so i could share all my cardio data (collected by my wearables' etc...) and receive advice and feedback. thx frank
