$19/month?

Any chance you can create another tier of membership? Let's say provider only. 10x in price. maybe 0.1 eth per month. Goal: Democratize your evaluation and treatment algorithms so that more patients can achieve a higher standard of care. I'm ready for the Attia training academy. I am not knocking on fellowships and board certifications but (my assumption is that) we can move faster and go farther AND safer at the same damn time, compared to the standard of care.

Cancer treatment decision tree

How do you go about advising your patients, if someone gets diagnosed with a stage 3 or higher solid tumor? Obviously, it's idea to not get cancer, and if getting it, to catch it before it spreads. However, if one catches it later, what do you advise them to do? i.e. what additional testing, what type of treatments to look at, any chemo side effect mitigation strategies, when and what to look for in clinical trials... an AMA on this topic (and other common major illnesses) on how to advise someone, and how they should approach their diagnosis, would be very helpful.
