I am building a home gym and the dimensions are 19' x 39'. If you were designing this what would be the must have workout equipment that you recommend. I am 63 and very healthy, active and athletic with some sports injuries over the years from basketball, volleyball and skiing.
Why is the “google” definition of Zone 2 60-70% of max hear rate whereas Peter’s discussion with Iñigo clearly goes above 70%? Peter’s self reported zone 2 is 79-81%,in o e the AMAs Peter says his prescription to patients is 75% and in the podcast Iñigo and Peter discuss the the ride range on 70-80%?
