Should I get an ultrasound on my lower body (stomach, pancreas, liver, ovaries, etc) to make sure I don't have any nodules? If so, how often if I am 65 years old? I am asking this because if the key to not dying from cancer is early detection, then how else can I achieve such without a "routine ultrasound"
Is Peter training other physicians to do similar work in other cities other than NYC and San Diego? I live in Washington, DC. The physicians are largely partnering with hospitals and the hospitals give the physicians time maximums for patients with routine issues (using 15 minute time intervals). I paid for a concierge internist and didn't find it that much better. Quicker access and more time, but not more in-depth analysis.
