coffee with milk and xylitol during 16/8 intermittent fasting

I don't like black coffee. Can I have 2 cups with milk and xylitol (25 calories each cup)?

What are risks in taking Omega 3 supplements?

I just saw this meta study saying that Afib is a risk. I’ve also read Mercury is a risk. https://scitechdaily.com/omega-3-fish-oil-supplements-linked-with-heart-rhythm-disorder/amp/

Deep Dive on Oura

I’d very much appreciate at Deep Dive on Oura. Overall, I like it and it has value. I chose it over Whoop after a month long comparison. However, some things continue to be perplexing. For instance, Oura considers my Zone 2 workouts as high intensity. Tech support blamed Apple, so I disconnected the Apple feed. Anytime I have questions, I get canned answers that I can easily read myself in the Oura website.

Osteoporosis management and treatment

Dr. Attia -- A recent Dexa scan showed a T-score of -2.6 and a Z-score of -1.6 in my lumbar spine. I am a female and will be 55 in October. As a result of this diagnosis, I have stepped up my strength training (which includes wearing a weighted vest a few hours a day) and am more mindful of incorporating balance training as well. I follow a plant-predominant diet/supplementation regime that is rich in omega 3s/fatty fish with good sources of calcium, magnesium, K2, D3, etc. What is your approach for treating clients/patients in a similar situation? I am also interested in knowing your take on the medications that are available to treat osteoporosis and when it is appropriate to consider such medications. Thank you.

Calorie restriction experience

What is your experience of calorie restriction to lower body fat%? My experience has been that going beyond 500 calories per day does not result in weight loss, after the first week, but 500 calories per day negative does seem to keep my weight (and body fat %(established through DEXA)) continuously slowly declining. Is this typical? Why does the more extreme (up to 1000 calorie negative on a 3000 total per day for a RMBR of 1570 + Exercise) not work, while the 500 negative does? What is the mechanism at work here? Your fat flux AMA didn't seem to answer this.
