I have conflicting MD opinions on my Testosterone. It seems Free T (the important piece) is just a calculation (Albumin, SHBG, Total T), correct? Is there a reliable online site for that calculation if you have your numbers AND a chart that tells you whether that number is low? Scheduling an endocrinologist is over a year. How can there be disagreement by MDs on a calculated number? It's a big deal to me - to HRT or not. Thanks!

Are you concerned about studies showing Negative effects on cognition for PCSK9 inhibitors (some studies showing they are even worse than statins) e.g. see https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26578202/ (2015) see https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6944510/ (2020) After listening to all of your podcasts on cholesterol lowering medications, it seems like PCSK9 inhibitors should be the gold standard. But I don't think I've heard you discuss risks... (e.g. PCSK9 inhibitors reduced the incidence of all-cause mortality [OR 0.43 (95% CI 0.22-0.82), P = 0.01] but was associated with an increased incidence of neurocognitive adverse events [OR 2.34 (95% CI 1.11-4.93), I(2) = 4%, P = 0.02] when compared with placebo.)
