What Data does it make sense to record on a regular basis?

Which data can be accurately captured with consumer tools and make sense to record for tracking trends? Examples are weight, resting heart rate, steps taken, METs, HRV, calories in, calories out, time slept, blood oxygen, time meditating, macronutrient breakdown, time exercising in each zone, blood pressure, etc.?

Lifting AMA request

Hi Peter. I found your last AMA on zone 2 and zone 5 training to be one of the most beneficial and concise episodes you’ve ever done. Maybe the best “bang for your buck” hour and six minutes of any health podcast I have ever listened to as far as actionable training advice. I would really love it if you and your team could do an AMA on the other two pillars. Strength and stability. I would love if you could outline your framework for optimization of training regarding those. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!

Ulcerative Colitis - J Pouch Surgery & Nutrition post surgery

Please advise on nutritional absorbtion, supplement absorbtion, and general dietary adjustments that someone who has no large intestine should account for in their pursuit of good health. I had elective J Pouvh surgery for a severe case of Ulcerative Colitis and have been in great general health for most of the 8 years since, but with how fast my food and liquids pass through my systems I have not been able to find research on how this impacts my ability to absorb the amount of nutrients needed from my food. Also, if one is training to gain muscle and has this abnormal gut setup, how would you suggest adjusting ones diet to aid in the fitness training? Many thanks.

Longevity Priorities for Younger People

For a person in their 20s, would your tactics for each of the pillars be different vs middle age, and if so, how?

Vegan protein powder

I am vegan for ethical reasons and your recent flurry of protein content has reiterated what I already knew, that I am not getting enough protein. I was wondering if you could recommend a good vegan protein powder? That ideally does not taste like crap! Thank you very much
