fitness / coarctation of the aorta

Coarctation of the aorta is a birth defect in which a part of the aorta is narrower than usual. As a baby, I needed a surgery. I'm 35 now, and I wonder how I can benefit from all the longevity tips for people without heart problems. Because I can't do much heavy weight lifting (but having some muscle is necessary in the coming years!) or other things that will lead to high blood pressure, like cold showers or isometric strength training. My question: how can I benefit from all of this without raising my blood pressure too much? Thanks!

NADH

In your episode with Josh Rabinowitz you covered NR and NMN as oral supplements but there was no mention of NADH Supplements (https://nowfoods.ca/product/nadh-10-mg-veg-capsules/ ) such as this one. Can you please explain if this is worse, better or the same as the others. PANMOL® NADH is trademarked, so I'm not sure if this makes a difference to the answer. Much appreciated!! Thanks so much for your incredible podcasts and amazing notes.

Best Macronutrients to Lose Fat and Build Muscles

I want to lose fat and gain muscle, what a surprise. So, I know I need to exercising, but what would be the absolutely best consumption to maximize my fat loss and support muscle building? I am not asking about what foods to eat, but what percentages of each macronutrients should I consume? My thought at this moment is I should just consume my necessary amount of protein for muscle building through protein powders (with its minimal fats and carbohydrates in its consumption) and nothing else. I am guessing this would provide me the necessary nutrients for muscle building and allow my body to burn its fat for my energy. Thoughts?

Endurance athletes

I like to follow fringe/conspiracy theorists because I find it keeps me sharp. Sometimes they bring up things that seems legit and it gives me something to research. One of the things that I’ve heard many times is that endurance athletes are overall less healthy than GP. The claims usually state that endurance athletes have higher rates of CVD and that they have terrible oral health/their teeth fall out. What say you?
