You once alluded to having been previously unaware of the musculoskeletal changes negatively associated with frequently used child products (I.e., shoes being worn too early, baby chairs, etc.). Pregnancy and covid 19 vaccine

Peter you answered a lot of the vaccine questions we had but somehow missed the most important one. This might be the most important question about covid. How many months after taking the vaccine should you get pregnant? Will the vaccine hurt your chances of getting pregnant? Please respond asap

Food allergy’s and sensitivities

Dr. Attia, I’ve been a long time subscriber and look forward to your content each week. Something I’d love for you to discuss is how you think about food allergies and sensitivities. I have a ton to food and environmental allergies to the point that it seems my immune system identifies harmless material as a threat too often. I’d love to understand more of why this occurs and how you look to address it. This is ultimately a huge factor in my longevity I assume, as I’m sure this affects my gut health. I’d also love to know your thoughts on probiotics/prebiotics. I’m a PT and some of the content with PTs and Beth Lewis has been good and scratches the surfaces of pain well. I’d encourage you to look into someone like Peter O’Sullivan or Loremor Moseley or even Greg Lehman to have on your show. Your audience can really benefit from understanding pain. You’ve done a great job in teaching people how to stay fit and prevent injuries. Keep up the great work!

Blood Flow Restriction cuffs - KAATSU & B-Strong

In addition to the KAATSU BFR cuffs, please comment on B-Strong. I have been using the B-Strong for about 6 months, and have been very happy with the results. Having attended the B-Strong seminar for practitioners (even though I'm just an interested individual), I believe that both systems are safe and effective. A discussion about safety of BFR systems would be very helpful on this forum though. Many thanks!
