QFIT testing for bowel cancer

What are your thoughts on qFIT (quantitative fecal immunochemical testing) as an alternative to/to augment frequent colonoscopy for bowel cancer screening. It looks to be fairly sensitive (but not specific) and mitigates the risks and discomfort of colonoscopy.

Optimal dosing and risks associated with dietary whey protein supplementation

I've been working out for many years now and consistently take about one scoop of whey protein powder a day to reach my daily protein intake goals. Although whey protein is widely accepted as safe, I have recently heard about potential risks to the kidney, liver, and microbiota associated with it. Can you speak to the optimal dosing strategies for whey, your preferred whey protein powder, the validity of these risks, and ways to reduce or eliminate them?

Sleep

No matter how hard I try it’s difficult for me to sleep more than 7 hours and often I only sleep 6. I have always wanted to sleep longer but only do if I went to bed after a heavy meal (not a regular occurrence). This lack of 8 hours can stress me out because I am working out a lot and have a busy life (4 kids, job). I read Walkers book and have tried some tips but with a busy family, sometimes I have to take what I can get. Any advice or can I be comfortable with my lack of 8 hours?
