I've noticed my kidney function worsening with increased protein intake, 1.5-2g/kg target. Sourced primarily from whey, pea protein powders, dark chicken, and tofu. This is somewhat expected, at what point does this become counterproductive to overall health-longevity goals?
I am completely bought in to "zone 2 and zone 5" training. But one of the joys of my life is my regular outdoor run...which I guess is around zone 3 or zone 4. Tell me straight - is this just a waste of my time? Or how should I think about the contribution of this kind of recreational run as contributing to my performance in the centurian decathlon? thank you!
Hi Peter, would you recommend low-dose experimentation with nSARMs (Ostarine, Rad-140, LGD) to increase muscle building in middle aged athletes, especially ectomorphs with hard times to gain weight? Moreover, what do you think of intramuscular FST minicircle injections, and in general Follistatin as myostatin inhibitor and muscle building intervention? Thx
