I’m interested in getting a sauna. What’s your opinion on infrared saunas? They don’t get as hot as a traditional sauna. However, the cost is lower and the installation is simpler. I have read the infrared rays penetrate our skin better thus a similar effect can be achieved at a lower temperature. Thank you
Peter, how do we balance the daily need for one gram of protein per pound, with a time and calorie restricted diet, AND still maintain muscle mass and appropriate weight levels, particularly someone with a muscular frame and very low body fat (< 10%)? And can 185 grams of protein be absorbed in a 16:8 format (eating eight hours/day). For example, a 185 pound person (that engages in significant resistance/strength training) needs (approximately) 185 grams of protein (740 calories). Is it possible to assimilate that much protein if it is ingested over an eight hour period? Also, it takes at least 3,000 calories a day to maintain the above (muscular/lean) body type described. How is it possible to eat a calorie restricted diet and maintain weight and muscle growth? Thank you so much.
