Do you have recommendations for exeecises that bypass the need for a gym? Specifically during travel when weights are difficult to procure.

Autoimmune disease rapamycin

For people with autoimmune disease, Minimal change or similar, that need to take low dose ( less than 5mg) ongoing steroids or other immunesuppressant medication such as Tacrolimus (2.5mg) does the use of rapamycin make a viable alternative given its potential longevity aspects? And given that One of the aspects of longevity is suppressing low grade inflammation, so does being on any type of low-dose immunosuppressant medication act as a potential longevity enhancer given their low grade inflammation suppressant impact as well?

Zone 2 and Strength Training

I’ve heard you say that if you have to stack zone 2 training with strength training, you should do zone 2 first and then go lift. This is opposite of what most of the internet says. Can you go more in depth on the science behind this debate?

High Cholesterol

What blood tests do you recommend for a someone with high cholesterol (Apo-b, Lp-a, plaque test, etc.) and what’s the best way to go about getting them done if your doctor can’t think beyond the standard lipid panel?
