DNA DATA

I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I wish to know how to securely and safely obtain my DNA Data. I would like to obtain my DNA Data so I can use it to determine my profile so I can stratify my risks and actionable items as I become more knowledgeable about how Dr. Attia uses this information to guide his patients. I am concerned about companies such as 23 and Me or Ancestry DNA owning my DNA Data. Are my concerns real? What are the risks? Are there other options where I own this data and the companies do not see it? Thank you!

High CRP and Low Pregnenalone

Have you ever seen ultra high CRP and ultra low Pregnenalone in a lab work up? Could you explain the relationship between inflammation (CRP) and the HPA and HPG axes please? Are there any lifestyle modifications or clinical treatments that you favor? Thank you for you insight and expertise!

Strength Training

I understand that you suggest an upper/lower training split. However, to optimise these sessions, what is the best way to structure them? What movements do you train on a lower body day? What movements do you train on an upper body day?

Zone 2 and intra-session HR increase

I understand your framework for determining ‘zone 2’, particularly with RPE and HR for those of us playing at home. Am I correct in saying that if HR is, say 140 to hit that ideal zone 2 point, we’ll have to slowly ease back watts (on a Kickr) during the session to avoid the HR slowing increasing into zone 3? Ie. a typical session might start at 185 watts / 135 HR and finish 170 watts to keep the HR in the 135-140 range the entire ride. Conversely, if watts were kept at 185, HR would start at 135 and finish at 150 (ie. into zone 3).

Relative value of zone 2

I prefer hiking in nature over targeted zone 2 training, which leads me to the following question. From a mitochondrial health perspective, if a person's fat oxidation at 100 watts is 75% of their maximum fat oxidation at 150 watts, is it too simplistic to say that 80mins at 100 watts is equivalent to 60mins at 150 watts?
