Chiropractic medicine gets a bad wrap. Though people swear by it, many studies show low efficacy for traditional chiropractic treatment. It seems there are a lot of scams in this field and possibly some gems, but public universities do not offer a program for the reason of “spinal manipulation,” showing little to no evidence in research. It is incredibly cringeworthy watching videos of them “adjusting” newborn babies. What are your thoughts on this?
My husband and I (42-43) are eating a vegetarian diet (I eat also fish) We fast 16-20 a day.. depends on the days.. I also do once in a couple of months 3 days water fasting. We exercise 5 times a week (3 runs, 2 gym to maintain muscle growth) The question is what is the next step. Is it better to reduce 30% of our calories intake, and if so by reducing the size of the meal? Or to do longer fasts? Thank you
