NAD and colorectal cancer

I was using high dose and a D to combat fatigue that I thought was from perimenopause. But after my NAD treatments I started getting rectal bleeding and later was found to have stage three colorectal cancer. It seems logically to me the NAD was feeding my cancer. What are your thoughts on NAD supplementation and cancer risks?

Latest COVID thought here at the end of June 2022?

I just caught it for the first time, 57 years old. A rough one day but then mild afterwards, EXCEPT for the medication. My doctor was concerned about inflammation and put me on a few meds. One was really rough on my stomach. So, generally, where are we now, in your opinion?

Neuroprotective Effects of Flavonoids

In AMA #36 Fruits and Vegetables - everything you need to know, Peter briefly mentions the health benefits of polyphenols such as flavonoids, specifically citing their effect in cardiovascular and endothelial health. Recently, there have been studies investigating the potential neuroprotective role that flavonoids can play in relation to Parkinson's Disease and other neurodegenerative disorders. While the exact mechanism is still unknown, it is known that these molecules help prevent the damage done by reactive oxygen species that is implicated in disease. For Peter: have you come across these studies in your research, and if so, what is your opinion on their potential for treating PD or AD?

Continuous Blood Pressure Monitoring device (cuffless)

I see some new products coming out that has cuffless continuous blood pressure monitoring. They are write monitors and chest monitors like the BioBeat. There also others out there. Would love to get your take on these devices. I'm thinking it will be a great way to monitor and see what does affect our blood pressure with our every day activities. To monitor our BP as we mediate or lift weights and to see how quickly it comes back down. See if certain food can affect our BP. https://www.si.com/review/best-blood-pressure-watch/
