Hi Peter, I am a pretty heavy drinker but am aware of the health risks etc and want to quit or drastically cut back. I recently got covid and noticed I had no desire to drink or use these nicotine replacement therapy pouches I have switches to after quitting smoking cigars. Two days into covid I am 80% better and the cravings returned. Why do you think that is? Any way to leverage this? (yesterday I thought I was a changed man and could easily quit my addictions but now they are back!)
