Heart monitor for Zone 2

What heart rate monitor would you recommend for zone 2 workouts? I know you have suggested a watch is not that accurate.

aneurysmal bone cyst

Hello, is there a non-operative method to treat aneurysmal bone cyst? Peter, knowing that causation is pretty much unknown, do you have a theory on what the root cause might be? 30y old female, athletic, no chronic diseases, no meds. Had it 3 years ago in a finger and now on the other hand. Brother had it at the spine at age 16.

Total Sets

I know it's probably too late but this is a Layne or Holly question. When Holly said 15 to 30 sets per body part are we talking about failure sets or total sets include progressing up to the working weight. For example if I deadlift 405 for 10 as my final set but I use 135 x 10, 185 x 10, 225x8 etc do we count those sets towards the total?

Physician looking to practice longevity medicine

Hey Peter/Peter's team, I am a family doctor currently practice primary care as an employed physician. This podcast has been changing my paradigm on how I practice. And perhaps more importantly is improving my health. How does a primary care doc enter this field? What additional training do you recommend? Are there any companies/clinics that you find are trying to approximate what Peter does with his individual patient panel? Thanks
