Oligoelements & neurotransmiters measured in the blood: what is the evidence?

Peter and team, suggestion here for a podcast :-) What is the role of measuring oligoelements (selenium, lead, cooper, mobylidenium etc) and serotonin, noradrenalin in the blood? Are they reliable (meaning clinically actionable)? Thanks

Role and safety of Naltexone

Would you please address the risks, benefits, and safety of low dose Naltrexone? Is it helpful for joint pain and also for managing cravings?

exercise equipment

Please do an episode on home exercise equipment. For example, my feet problems are starting to limit my rucking, so I need to consider exercise bikes. I would like to know what to consider when purchasing such things.

Bone density

In your recent podcast with Dr. Beck, you both seemed to use the terms density and mass interchangeably. Are these indeed the same? I have very long, thin bones, and as rated on DEXA, osteoporosis. Is it not possible to have low mass, but adequate density? Thank you.

Migraines

Sadly, my 14yr old daughter recently began to suffer from chronic vestibular migraine--every day she will have an episode where the world begins to spin along with other more typical migraine symptoms such as photophobia, nausea, and headache. As I have submerged myself in migraine research, I am amazed at how wide spread and misunderstood the condition is; especially subtypes like vestibular migraine. I'm actually a little surprised this hasn't been a topic of a podcast episode already, but my question/ask is that an episode dedicated to migraine and perhaps some of its overlapping conditions (such as meniere's disease, etc) be added to the docket. For those suffering from migraine chronically, it must feel like normal life is out of reach. But there are great doctors out there trying to educate both the medical community and the public. Consider having a guest like Dr. Shin Beh or Dr. Michael Teixido. As the father of a 14-year-old, being limited to both pediatric only doctors as well as pediatric approved medications is especially limiting. Moreover, for reasons that are either connected via some unknown mechanism or completely coincidental, my daughter also has permanent severe loss. We are now investigating coclear implants; this would be another fascinating topic worth an entire episode. Thank you for your consideration.
