I am not try to be clever but I challenge with covid questions like you guys - I am fully vaccinated and since my AB shows Over 600 I am waiting and see no reason for Booster -- 1. Why peter didn't invite all the scholars and specialist that he had on last year - Because of difference of opinion - are we not making the same mistakes as right wing coocoos and left wing covidian - would it not be better to listen to some of the experts from last year -- would Peter and Dr Z and Marty have any disagreement on Covid approach? 2. We provide Regeneron in our facility - would early administration to unvaccinated causes them not to produce enough Natural immunity ? 3. Dr Z was making fun of getting a booster - then because of his parents (even though they were boosted) decided to get it -- Is it not what CDC is pushing to protect the vulnerable like elderly even though they might be booted as well -- I thank you

Hi Peter what do you think about comparing DNA methylation age (estimated age) with chronological age? can one define measures of age acceleration? do you recommended using one of the commercial kits? thanks

Magnesium oxide vs citrate

I'm curious how Peter thinks about Magnesium oxide vs citrate. I recall Peter takes Magnesium oxide (in addition to chloride and L-threonate). Does he think there is enough evidence that citrate may be better absorbed than oxide (e.g., https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2407766/)? Are there benefits to oxide over citrate?
