Sleep Apnea - Incidence, anatomy, physiology

Echoing what others have asked with some additional thoughts. I think a deep dive on sleep apnea would be super helpful. Incidence is quite high and finding detailed information regarding anatomy/physiology is surprisingly difficult. The signal to noise ratio online is very low. A better understanding of causal factors (nasopharyngeal anatomy, respiratory drive, airway inflammation, sleeping position, etc.) and treatment options (CPAP/BIPAP, oral appliances, myofunctional therapy, exercise, sleep position) would be incredibly helpful.

Average glucose target when trying to increase lean mass

If someone is trying to build lean mass while resistance training and they don't currently meet any of the criteria for metabolic syndrome, should they target an average glucose on the higher end of what's healthy to ensure replenishment of glycogen stores and inhibition of muscle protein breakdown until they've reached their lean mass goal? Or does it make sense to keep average glucose and glucose variability as low as possible while trying to add lean mass through training? I sense that there's a tradeoff here but it would be great to get the team's perspective on this.

Statins effect on CoQ10, vitamin K2 and calcium transport

What do you think about the effect of statins on CoQ10 and vitamin K2? I've seen studies suggesting that due to depletion of CoQ10 and VK2 statins can actually decrease the body's ability to transport calcium out of the circulatory system and into the bones resulting in increased coronary arterial calcification and decreased bone density
