Hi Peter, in the Matt Walker AMA you mentioned your T levels dropped to the 200 range when you were a resident due to poor sleep. Eventually they rebounded to I believe the 700-800 range? Was it simply getting better sleep that led to this recovery? How long did it take etc. I am 29 years old and in a similar scenario. Thanks
1. Could Overtraining Syndrome represent mitochondrial disease? 2. Does weight training improve Zone 2 function/mitochondrial function and probably high RQ? 3. Do diabetic muscles have very "fatty muscles" and less effective muscle content causing some of the low mitochondrial function and high RQ?
