Another for Inigo, Achievability of "elite profile"

In the Inigo San Millan podcast one identifier of an elite endurance athlete is the AeT/AnT profile where your Fat % is high (70%+) for a wide range of HR or power levels, then falls off very fast to AnT, and AnT is pretty close (like 90%) of Max HR or power. We know that most people cannot achieve elite athlete power levels. Can the well-trained recreational athlete achieve elite athlete-like AeT and AnT percentages of the recreational athlete's lower power levels? So, for example, is it reasonable that a non-elite athlete could train so his/her Aerobic Threshold is within 10% of his Anerobic threshold, or is the ability to do that likewise genetically determined and quite variable?

Fosamax for bone health -- do the benefits outweigh the side effects?

The Standard of Care for bone health is a risk calculator algorithm analogous to what is used for CV health and prescribing statins -- i.e., everyone over a certain age should be on a statin and ditto Fosamax. It is well documented that Fosamax increases inflammation. A big study concluded that Fosamax increases the progression of age-related macular degeneration to wet. It would be great if you devoted a Drive episode and/or an AMA to bone health -- what to do and not do. Thanks.

ApoB app

Just listened to Allan Sniderman, excellent podcast! My nurse practitioner in Calgary (Canada) ordered my free annual blood panel with Apo B included, I did not request it. Dr. Sniderman should know he is making progress to some in the health care system here . Plugged my values into the app and as Peter said, it was super helpful in interpreting my results. Luckily, I am 68 and all values are GOOD!!! Meet nurse in New Year to discuss and I can now go informed. Good way to start 2022. This podcast is a MUST listen

Power Plate

I've used a Power Plate at the gym at the suggestion of my personal trainer. Now I am seeing them sold in smaller units for at-home use. The maker of Power Plate is providing a bunch of health benefits and I am unsure if the cost is worth it. I have a feeling the data would tell us. In all your research you would be able to define the benefits and share if the cost of an at-home unit is worth it?

Heart strength and volume

Does high intensity interval training mainly impact the strength of your heart (i.e. the muscle) whereas aerobic exercise helps grows the size of your heart (heart volume). I heard someone say this once yet I've never heard it in my years since. What are the actual physiological benefits/changes to the heart of both.
