Hi Peter, In your recent podcast with Derek from More Plates More Dates, you briefly touched about Enclomiphene, SERMs, and the latest trend of subscriptions services offering enclomiphene through compounding pharmacies. You outlined a few risks with these services - if I recall correctly, enclomiphene is not FDA approved, and then there's are the risks of compounding pharmacies. You and Derek alluded to possible issues antagonizing estrogen receptors long-term - but could you please explain in more detail these risks & the mechanisms involved? Some of the online enclomiphene services tout papers and studies like this in their literature: https://www.mdedge.com/familymedicine/article/251020/endocrinology/are-serms-safe-and-effective-treatment-hypogonadism-men Thank you!
My husband and I have worked out our whole lives to varying degrees but have recently increased our training based on your guidance. We find we're often mildly sore (good sore not bad sore). The question is a bit silly but we're wondering if we'll be mildly sore most days for the rest of our lives if we're always pushing ourselves?
During the CT for cardiac calcium score as per the recommendations in the Early program, it was discovered that I have degenerative changes in the spine, i.e. arthritis. I've searched all over Peter's articles, podcasts and early, and not finding any info on the subject. Could you comment on what is known about it, as it seems it would be impactful to one's health span. Many thanks!
