What are your favorite longevity and biological clock tests? What SNPs do like to look at in genomic reviews for lifestyle / supplement modifications and additions to optimize longevity? What are the functional lab ranges you like to look at beyond what’s standard?
You strongly promote dedicating significant time Zone 2 exercise as a cornerstone component of longevity. At the same time, you've stressed how important it is when you age to avoid musculoskeletal injuries so that you can continue to exercise into your senior years without setback. Should certain long duration, moderate to high impact activities like light jogging, long sessions of basketball, tennis, and martial arts be discouraged, even at the lower intensities that count for Zone 2 as a matter of the data on injuries? I like some of these activities very much, but I'm hesitant to peform them for more than 5-10 minute spurts as higher intensity workouts.
