Naltrexone

What is Peters stance on low dose Naltrexone for longevity? Many longevity clinics are offering this as an exogenous molecule for inflammation reduction.

Zone 2 for Type 1 Diabetics

Listened to last podcast AMA on this topic and while VERY HELPFUL, can’t help asking about my situation and all other T1’s. 20-30 mins into Z2 training on bike, my blood glucose is falling fast into hypoglycemia range. It’s impossible for me to train fasting, and even after carb heavy meal, I need to supplement with more carbs to get through any workout over 30 minutes. What am I doing wrong, or am I just metabolically screwed when it come to training?

Is a rest day necessary?

In your podcast with Sam Harris, you recommended exercising 7 days a week. Can you discuss what you think of taking a day off a week from exercise to recover? My rest days usually involve nothing more strenuous than walking. Thank you

Lab test and family history

Would be great if you did an AMA (i know you did one earlier similar to this but a more in-depth one) where you detail the lab test you find useful for health/longevity and the ranges for certain ages/sexes and a list of questions you place on family medical history forms for your patients. Providing PDFs for both of these would be AMAZING

Exercise & dementia

Exercise is widely reported to prevent dementia, especially strength training. I'm a physician & a recent Medscape article questions this assertion on the basis of criticism of the statistical analyses used in multiple studies: what's your take, please?
