Life hack AMA

In AMA #47 Peter shares the “hack” of cold water on his head after shaving to close the pores and an AMA of hacks is suggested. I vote for that AMA but with curated hacks from the subscriber base. My contribution is a way to build more balance practice in one’s life - do single leg balancing (tree pose) while brushing your teeth, build to 2 min straight left leg in the AM right leg in the PM.
