Optimal treatment for patients post CABG

I have bad family history with ASCVD and had been on statin program for many year with my GP feeling everything (bloodwork, echo, etc) in good place. After turning 56, and no real symptoms, I finally got a cardiologist who did tests and determine finally via angiogram that I was over 80% blocked in much of the heart and needed quad bypass. I am through that surgery and feel well. I am looking for info on treatment and plans for secondary patients like me. My cardiologist feels I am good with LDL-C < 70 (mine is 68-70) but all I read I feel I should be more aggressive. I would love a show or talk about post primary event treatment and best standards for medicine, exercise, and treatment. Any references or recommendations.

Peptides + NAD

Most functional doctors that claim to be experts in longevity are claiming that peptides and NAD are the go to. I’ve never heard you talk about them.

LInks to exercise videos from the book

I listened to an audiotape of Outlive so missed all the links to the exercise videos of which Peter mentions. I do have physical book as well but would like to know where can I go on his website to access all the videos w/o thumbing through the entire book. Should I maybe do a search on the audiobook for "http?"
