Reading an OGTT

Could you give us some more information on how to read the results of an OGTT? I've seen you mention you want glucose <100 and insulin below 2x baseline, but could we get some idea of population quartiles and what "elite" numbers would look like, similar to what you've done with VO2 data? Also any differences with 100g vs. 75g (that's all that was offered) or what to look for in the 3rd hour if you have a 3 hour test?

Exercise Protocol Specifics

On your recent live AMA for the book you mentioned strength training with an upper/lower 4 day split with each session (including stability) lasting 90 minutes to 2 hours. Can you provide an example of what one of these days looks like? For example; sets, reps, exercise selection, what type of stability exercises.

Mosaic Loss of Y Chromosome (mLOY)

Have your or your team looked at the recent studies on mLOY? I'd be curious to hear your take. Do you feel it's worth it for middle-aged and older men to get tested; if so, who offers the test? And what one might be able to do to prevent this genomic instability, its expression, or possibly reverse the effects.

Fasting resource

I would like to start longer fasts - 1-3 days in length and water only. Also know that there's some nuance there (what supplements you can or can't take, electrolytes/salt, what activity level is appropriate, etc.). Is there a doctor or resource you would recommend for oversight / Q&A for these longer fasts? Thank you.
