On one episode you mentioned alcohol Vs prescription drugs and what’s most harmful…. Can you clearly go over the “classes of harmful substances” in order? Class one being smoking and heroine I assume. But where would alcohol or weed fit? Prescription pain killers? MDMA Vs cocaine ? (This might be too broad but measured in harmful to body and lifespan)

Some say the increased use of earbuds may be causing ears to age faster. Is this true even if one avoids loud volume? Is it sensible to substitute earbuds with alternatives such as over-ear headphones?

How does the accuracy of these body composition scales compare to DEXA scan? Is it worth purchasing such a device?
