Blood pressure deep dive?

I'm confused about hypotension mainly. Just recently had a feeling of dizziness and brain fog for a few days. Checked my blood pressure and it was 106/57 (I'm male so I thought that was relatively low) so I thought that's it, it's my low blood pressure that makes me feel dizzy. My coach though (a bioscientist and personal trainer) told me that physiological low blood pressure cannot cause symptoms, and that this is a common myth. Tickled my curiosity about everything bp. Maybe a deep dive ama?

Are GLP-1 RA cardioprotective?

Like many, I’m an overweight non-diabetic interested in GLP-1RA…the weight loss is of course attractive, but of course there are downsides. But, what about upsides of potential prevention of atherothrombotic events? If the overweight non-diabetic person also has strong FHX of early CVD and also has unfavorable lipid profile (pre statin) or other risks for CVD would the potential for “cardioprotection” weigh into whether or not to use GLP-1 RA?

Longevity Course

A while back you had a teaser on your website asking people to sign up for an internet-based course on longevity. Are you actually putting this together or was it just a test to guage interest? I'm assuming your course (if one is coming) will be offered after the book comes out?

Sarcopenic obesity

You mentioned in one of the AMAs that to address sarcopenic obesity that you have people focus on high protein and low calorie. This seems to go against the idea that to build muscle you need to be in a slight surplus of calories. Do you truly have the dual (and opposing) goals of increasing muscle mass while reducing fat mass, or are you just trying to keep the lean tissues while you address fat mass first, then build? If you were going to choose for a patient in this category, would you prioritize muscle building or fat loss (let's say body fat % is 40-50%).
