What are the 11 strength and stability tests that Beth Lewis uses? What is the target for a 58 year old man? And what is normal for a 37 year old man?

Zone 2 Threshold

You have used the term Zone 2 Threshold when describing key health markers. I understand what Zone 2 means, but what exactly is a zone 2 threshold and how is it measured?

Strength metric assessment

Hello I heard Peter talk about the 11 strength metric assessment and how it’s a valuable tool in assessing one’s strength compared to their age group. I didn’t seem to find the full list of these SMAs anywhere so I can track my progress and evaluate myself. Would love to know more about these and what constitutes being in the top 2.5% or elite so I can get a good idea and set a goal for myself regarding that. Thanks a lot.

Niacin and TMG in combination - Component of speculative longevity stack

Hi Team, I am interested in your thoughts about the combination of Niacin and TMG. My areas of consideration have been. Niacin: - Lowering Apo-B and Lp(a) - Boosting NAD+ - Positive cardiovascular affects associated with flushing TMG: - Supporting healthy DNA methylation - Lowering homocysteine I would suggest this as a better risk/cost adjusted approach to taking NMN or NR so long as the flushing can be tolerated.
