How to become a patient/client of your practice

I live in Columbia SC, and will be moving to Chapel Hill NC at some point in 2023. How would I go about having you or someone in your practice work with me to build a specific healthspan routine for me?

Hi Peter I really enjoy your stuff and listen often. I, and many others, use very different units for measurement of BSL, amongst other things. I do find it odd/ frustrating. Do you think you might use SI units a little more. 95% of us

Cardiovascular disease in Finland

Given the stated benefits of Sauna (and Ice water plunge), why is there not a comparitively lower rate of cardiovascular disease in Finland? Death rates are broadly in line with other developed nations, along with Statin use and Alcohol consumption - as possible confounding factors.
