I just listened to AMA #42 on sleep. There was a fair amount dedicated to increasing deep sleep. My problem is the opposite of Peter's old issue...lots of REM, not enough deep. According to my Oura watch, I typically get the ideal amount of deep, but am very low on REM, at least according to my REM data. Sometimes I wonder if the ring is wrong because I typically dream each night, so I'm obviously getting some. But, what can one do to increase REM sleep?
