Boosting fasting benefits through yohimbine HCL intake

What are the pros and cons of taking yohimbine HCL while fasting? is there any comprehensive data on the topic?

Red Meat

Is there something inherently badf about red meat other than the way it is raised? The red meat we eat is mostly wild game that has lived in the wild in a healthy environment - deer, beaver, elk. We also eat "happy hog" - pigs raised by a nearby family in their pasture. I wonder if the industrial agriculture practices are what makes red meat unhealthy for consumption rather than some quality of the meat itself.

Type 2 question

Can you explain the outliers of Type 2 diabetes who are not obese, don't have high blood sugar, eat low-carb, and get adequate exercise but can't reverse their A1c?

Minimum effective dose: exercise

Hi Peter, with the goal being at minimum muscle preservation and ultimately muscle growth, what would be the MED for exercise to generate both those initiatives. Is there a general rule of thumb? 100 push-ups ? 20 mins of hit? Body weight squats etc.

Metabolism

I’d like to hear your thoughts on what affects metabolism, and what can be done to rev it up. Does low calorie diet and excessive exercise low slow metabolism through your body’s adaptation?
