When I work out in Zone 2 at a constant wattage my heart rate goes up throughout the workout. You mentioned that you sometimes calibrate zone 2 based on heart rate but how is that possible with a rising heart rate or does this mean that I am doing it wrong. How long does it take to absorb 50g protein. In other words how spaced out should your meals be in order to be able to absorb all the protein. I have heard the podcasts that the body can't absorb more than 40-60 grams at a time and thus it is hard to get the Peter recommended dose of protein if you are only eating one or two meals a day but was just wondering how spaced out the meals should be at a minimum 2 hours 4 hours 6 hours? Formula for APLM. I’ve heard it in words but can you write it down and show a few examples. I haven’t been able to calculate it right based on your explanation. If you’re average in fat and muscle should you try to improve one at a time (if so which first) or both at the same time Was curious why you seperate out weight training and cardio vs. doing cross training or metcon type workouts to more efficiently way to get metabolic benefits and strength? I know rucking can do this but what about other cross training. Is there a reason to do them seperately? How do you avoid injury? How much time do you spend stretching, etc?

Vitamin d role

So I am. Doc looking to improve my preventive clinic and advice by researching all about sugar and lipids and htn , which to me are the three areas to focus to prevent many issues. Occasionally I run tinto contradictions and I kind of find an answer or a tie breaker but with vitamin d some studies say that is decreases apoA1 and others say it improves it. But it seems that at the gene levels but d supplementation could block ApoA1 expression and decrease then some of the cardio protective effects others claim. What is your take on this. It would be interesting to learn how to interpret the results of echocardiogram, in particular which are the factors to be concerned about, and what actions could be taken in case echocardiogram indicates deviations from the norm?
