Hips

Peter, I'm just finishing this week's podcast about all things shoulder, elbow, wrist with Dr Alton Barron. Super informative and full of great info. Here's my request and question, who is his counterpart for hips and knees... That's where I have problems and need a better understanding of options and their efficacy. It feels like every ortho Dr I talk to either want to prescribe or cut. Can you get that person on the Podcast and do 4 hours with them.... or direct me to that person. I am challenged with bad hips I believe mainly from my genetics... you see he same issues in my father, aunts, uncles, and grandfather. I really enjoy my peloton even though you think they are garbage I find them great for zone 2 work but my hips do NOT agree.... that repetative motion agravates my hips greatly. Last year I rode my bike over 4k miles and now I can't ride it more then 20 or so miles per week without consequenses or having to consistently take naproxen to bring down the inflamation of the joint. All the best and thank you for what you do!

Your physical therapist post-op, will you be interviewing him?

I have seen many of your Instagram posts with your therapist and would love a walk thur of what his thoughts and approach was for your post op care.

the Tony Robins Life Fore book

Please do a review of this book and its claims, I heard Peter on his views of NAD and stem cells but I haven't heard anyone talk about the company that is regrowing cartilage using the WNT pathway, if Peter can talk to a scientist that studies the WNT pathway would be amazing

Advice for patients with Dupuytren's Contracture

Thank you for the informative podcast episode with Dr. Barron. One affliction that I have and was hopeful to hear about was advice for patients with Dupuytren's Contracture. I'm very active and use my hands quite a bit (weightlifting and manual labor) and have developed fairly large nodules, and am not yet 40 years old. What advice would you give a patient who wants to maintain hand function for many decades into the future?

Breath work

Is there any correlation between how long one can hold their breath and longevity? If so, could this be something that one can enhance for a benefit?
