Fit 23 year old with ApoB of 83

Hey Dr. Attia and crew! I am a healthy 23 year old who recently got an ApoB score of 83. I weigh about 185 lbs, and around 15-18% body fat. I exercise pretty regularly, zone 2 for 45+ minutes 4 times a week. I manage stress pretty well. I eat somewhat healthy and at least get my protein, fruits and vegetable requirements everyday. I also have a family history of high cholesterol and a heart related death. I realize ASCVD is the main cause of death and progresses as we age. What can I or a younger individual with a genetic predisposition do to prevent ASCVD?

Fasting in relation to your Chris Hemsworth episode !

I was very moved by the episode in Endless on the 4 day Fast. I heard your podcast talk about body mass and body fat individuals being candidates for fasting. I am an extremely healthy body builder and Hitt training athlete at 8- 10% body fat. I'm interested in that fasting protocol from the episode. What are my risk and how do I go about undergoing that challenge safely ? Also I am 53 and I'm looks and performance of a 30-40 yr old athlete !

Reconciling different insulin resistance theories

You recently reposted your incredibly helpful master class on insulin resistance. Gerald Shulman laid out a wonder paradigm for muscle being where insulin resistance begins. Benjamin Bikman has an insulin resistance paradigm that is fat cell focused. It involves the fat cells dumping excess fatty acids as they are forced to take in more glucose than they can store. Which, he seems to imply, begins the cascade to insulin resistance in the rest of the body. I’d appreciate a compare/contrast of these two paradigms. Specifically: do they fit together or are they separate? How do they overlap? How do they differ? Thank you!

TMJ

Can you bring on an expert to talk about TMJ? It seems like a space with a lot of nonsense

Estimate: optimal "cool off" period between Protein Intake sessions in a day

Thanks for your protein intake schedule on AMA #227. Please could you clarify the optimal "cool off" period (measured in hours) between each of Protein Intake window? Example answer: "If your First Protein Intake session (e.g., ~50g of whey protein isolate) is at 10:00hrs -- for sake of optimizing for muscle protein synthesis -- your next Protein Intake should be no earlier than ~[14]:00hrs, i.e., allow at least ~[4] hours between Protein Intake session"... grateful if you could correct the numbers/values in "[ ]". Thank you, and you/your team rock(s)!! \
