Do you have any thoughts on dosing for sauna exposure? For example, do you think that extended (e.g. 60+ min) lower temperature (e.g. 120F) sessions might mimic some of the benefits of extended Zone 2 workouts? (You noted that sauna time might share similar mechanisms as exercise.)
