Some of us aren’t as disciplined as Peter when it comes to things like enjoying occasional alcoholic beverages or having some ice cream or a little chocolate in the evening. Some might even argue there’s a hard to measure benefit in terms of joy in these things. That being said, if forced to choose between having one or two alcoholic beverages twice a week or having a medium serving of ice cream or chocolate twice a week, which is the healthier, smarter option? Part 2: Assuming little research has been done on the topic, what can Peter surmise about the emotional, psychological “joy” benefits associated with a favorite beer, whiskey or ice cream from a local creamery? Thank you
I'm 57 with T @ 426.5 ng/dL, Free T @ 6 ng/dL, SHGB @ 33 nmol/L, and Testosterone:Cortisol Ratio of about 27 (indicating over-training). Given that Testosterone is essential for recovery but is difficult to get prescribed in Canada, what is your opinion on using SARMS such as Ostarine & Cardarine to help with building/maintaining mass and recovery. PS - my workouts focus on the Olympic and Power Lifts with Squat PR (for 2022) @150kg, DL @ 180kg with bodyweight fluctuating between 82kg (not stacked) and 88kg (stacked). I also added some zone2 training on the bike to try and widen my aerobic capacity because my HR likes to run high
