Targeting visceral fat

Are there any techniques that target reduction of visceral fat? Or does visceral fat reduce as subcutaneous fat is reduced and we there are no known ways to favor visceral fat reduction?

Recommended long term diet, and how to lose weight?

I know you’ve done an AMA on fat flux and one on glp inhibitor. Would really appreciate a succinct recommendation for healthiest long term diet and best way to lose weight. Attia's rule - optimal performance metrics based on age and sex

Hi I signed up after listening to your interview on Huberman Lab. You gave some of the current metrics one should aim for to ensure an optimal last decade. The ones below were for men in their 40's. Could you complie a list and post it for each decade from 20 and up and, sepearte between men and women? I know it is a work in progress, but it would be very helpful going forward to set some benchmarks for myself. Dead hang for a minute Air squat for two minutes Deadlift your body weight for 10 reps -> made up on the air Have a VO2 max of at least 75th percentile / 1 mile in Farmer walk with bodyweigh in manuals for 2 min Vertical jump -> no parameters given

Could you discuss the best ways to repair the Glycocalyx, either naturally or using products like Arterosil or Endocalyx Pro?

Peptide efficacy and safety

What are your thoughts on the use/safety of peptides such as 5-Amino 1MQ for weight loss. Also TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) and BPC-157 for joint injury treatment.
