Hi Peter, I was hoping you could elaborate more on the science behind which would be better during a workout session, to start with strength training or Cardio? Other experts I've listened to have said that it may be better for the heart to start with a lower impact exercise like strength training, and then move into cardio which is more impactful. Also, I've heard that lifting takes the biggest hits from low glycogen since it takes short bursts of energy. Doing cardio first could deplete the glycogen, and that performance may actually be improved doing cardio training on lower glycogen. Also, I've heard that cardio activates AMPK which is activated from cardio and could diminish muscle gross by the way it effects Mtor. What are your thoughts on this matter?
