Cancer Screening for Individuals with Cancer Germline Mutation

Hi Peter , I am 44 and recently did a Cancer Genetic test and the result was positive (Increased Risk due to APC germline Mutation ). I right away did a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy 2 days after the Genetic test result and doctor found and removed a Pre-Cancerous Polyp in My colon area. I just repeated the same procedure again this month , after 12 month and this time , the found Precancerous cells in My stomach area . I do not mind doing annual Colonoscopy and Endoscopy checks , However here is my 1st Question : Having found Pre-cancerous cells in my Stomach , is it wise to wait 12 month for the next procedure ? or better do it in 6 month ? 2nd Question : Is it possible to remove the Pre-Cancerous area in the stomach or one has to wait until they are confirmed Cancerous ? (wondering why wait for 12 month to see ) My 3rd question/concern is about Pancreatic cancer, What are the best screening methods for it ? 4rd Question is , Is Biopsy from Pancreas a common and or safe procedure ? Are there any Imaging Screening for early detection of Pancreas Cancer . It would be great to hear from you regarding Cancer Screening in individuals with Confirmed Germline Mutation through Genetic Testing . Thank you
