autoimmune disorders

I'd love to hear more about Peter's thoughts on autoimmune disorders. Apart from the possible benefits of fasting, how might someone go about improving an autoimmune problem? My blood work showed that I have anti-nuclear antibodies, but the rheumatologist said I don't have enough symptoms to diagnose anything. Any information to help me understand the immune system would be greatly appreciated.

Are there any biomarkers of aging that we can look at when we look at molecules like NAD, metformin, or rapamycin?

What are epigenetic clocks, how do they work, and what are they aspiring to do?

How does Peter think about the various studies of aging that are available?

Can you help me understand the importance of control lifespans and the problems with reproducibility in aging studies?
