Next deeper dive into IR-do we know what causes DAGs to build up in muscle cell cytoplasm?

It seems excessive DAGs in cytoplasm of muscle cell is the cause of the GLUT4 glucose transport system dysfunction. What do we know about the causes which create excessive DAGs in cytoplasm of muscle cell through the lens of sleep, stress, exercise, and nutrition?

Health Advice for your 20s

Does Peter have any specific health advice for people in their 20s? I'm imaging in the realm of diet, training, health screening, etc. (i.e. not chronic illnesses just living a healthy lifestyle). Much of what is answered in the AMA and podcasts are broadly applicable to any age cohort, but I am curious if Peter has advice specifically for people in there teens to 20s. Or more broadly are there specific health considerations that Peter finds most important by age? I suppose some of the "training" for the 'centenarian Olympics' seem less important given that I'm 23 but perhaps its most important to develop those habits now. Any thoughts would be great, thank you!

Instead of "strong convictions weakly held," how about quantifying the confidence level in each conviction?

One approach to navigating decision-making in a world full of uncertainties is to quantify the degree of uncertainty present. For example, instead of saying "This is something I believe right now but I'm open to changing my belief with new evidence," you could say "I am about 60% confident that this statement is true." Then the listener can take the number 60% and decide for themselves whether they want to act on the belief or not. This also gives you leeway to change your beliefs when you see new evidence. If your confidence level in something was only 51% then changing your belief in it would be totally normal. If you are 99% confident in something then it would have to take some very strong evidence for you to do a complete U-turn on the statement. Do you think this is a good idea and would you consider implementing it?
