Optimizing health and minimizing risk with HRT

Hello! Please, please do an episode on the optimal use of HRT for your female listeners that want to optimize their health, fitness, and disease risk in midlife. I've listened to all of your episodes that mention it, but have not heard any real practical takeaways. With the medical system in the state it's in and the online HRT companies cropping up everywhere, female consumers really need to be armed with tangible, scientific information to help them shop for and manage HRT therapies. Even the number of available FDA approved options is overwhelming. PLEASE HELP US!

Lectins fact or fiction?

According to Dr. Gundry, lectins are toxins that plants produce to survive and shouldn't be eaten because of the many complications they cause, including inflammation, intestinal damage, and weight gain. What are your thoughts on lectins and would excluding foods high in lectins from the diet provide more damaging consequences than benefits?

Current Protein intake

I’ve been trying to increase my protein intake to 1 g per pound of body weight. Curious to know your current diet regiment and how much protein you are eating and how fasting makes it much harder to hit.
